Our technical unit, provided with new CAD/CAM workstation,
enables to create moulds of very complex details in extremely minimum
amount of time. Our IT infrastructures, all linked by an internal
network system, are made from a dual processor with 512 Mb of Ram,
hardware Pentium 3.2 Mhz and VERO software.
Our mechanical laboratory can produce moulds up to 1000 x 500 mm,
merit of a sophisticated numerical checked apparatus in direct communication
with the technical unit.
We also manufacture comouldings and overmouldings casts for standard
or “Babyplast” model, both horizontal and vertical die-casting
apparatus.
  
The moulds department holds exceptionally accurate machinery and
utensils, which allow to carry out turning, spark erosion, grinding,
CNC and manual milling processes.
This important technological support together with our knowledge
and experience, enable us to efficiently satisfy our costumers most
assorted requirements.
